Royal Birmingham Conservatoire French Horn Day Sunday 27th September 2026

Young French horn players of all standards are welcome to join us for a fun-filled day of musical activity. Participants can look forward to warm-ups and ensemble sessions with Conservatoire students and teachers, and there will also be the opportunity to hear a performance by the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra’s amazing Principal Horn, Elspeth Dutch [pictured].

The day will conclude with an informal sharing of the ensembles’ work at 4pm in Bradshaw Hall.
